Fitment & Technical Note:

• Application: This is a "Super Core" unit, meaning it includes the center housing and rotating assembly (CHRA) and compressor housing but does not include a turbine housing. You must purchase a compatible GT55-series turbine housing separately to complete the turbocharger assembly.

• Performance: Rated for extreme power levels, this unit is intended for highly modified engines. Ensure that your engine management system, fuel system, and cooling capacity are professionally calibrated to support the massive CFM potential this turbo produces.

• Installation & Maintenance: Due to the precision-balanced nature of the Gen II rotating assembly, ensure the oil feed is filtered and the oil drain is as vertical as possible to prevent oil pooling in the center housing. It is mandatory to monitor exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and boost levels closely during initial testing to avoid catastrophic turbine failure.
