Before connecting, inspect the cable plug for any signs of dust or water. Loading: Distribute the product evenly throughout the container, avoiding damage to the baffle kick plate or obstructing airflow on the container floor, door end, or return air. Safety Precautions: Exercise caution and wear non-slip rubber-soled footwear when entering or exiting the container. DO NOT smoke or use an open flame in the presence of refrigerant. Load Limits: Ensure that the reefer is never loaded above the ‘red line guide limit’ marked inside the container. Operation: NEVER run the reefer with doors open. Always switch the container OFF BEFORE ENTERING. Ensure doors are securely closed before operation. Maintenance: Clean the reefer unit coils by hose down or air cleaning on a monthly basis.
